We migrated everything to Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, integrated the Konica Minolta printers to scan straight into client folders, decommissioned the server, rebuilt every computer into Microsoft Entra ID with Intune, upgraded the internet to 500/500 Mbps NBN Enterprise Ethernet from Swoop, and installed a full Cisco Meraki network with 16 cameras.

We designed and built a two-site private cloud: Hyper-V compute clusters and Synology storage clusters in two NEXTDC datacentres, replicated for automatic failover, wired together with dark fibre to the client's office, and backed up over an express route to Wasabi using Veeam Backup & Replication. The office runs on Vocus 2 Gbps / 2 Gbps symmetrical fibre internet, sized for the traffic a two-site private cloud generates.
