A school was relying on 38 ageing printers spread across classrooms, offices and staff rooms. Devices were unreliable, expensive to run, and impossible to track. We partnered with Konica to replace the entire fleet and introduce secure swipe-badge print counting for students and teachers.

A regional K–12 school was paying a major telco premium for slow, unreliable internet that could not keep up with cloud learning, video classrooms and admin systems. We migrated them to a 1 Gbps symmetrical Swoop Enterprise Ethernet NBN service, cut the monthly bill by $2,000 and delivered the speed and uptime the school needed.
Key outcomes
In 2025 a private school received a major donation to refresh its entire IT environment. We supplied 2,600 Apple MacBooks for students and 200 for staff, replaced and expanded the wireless network with Cisco Meraki, upgraded switching and the internet gateway to Cisco Meraki, connected the school to AARNet over 10 Gbps fibre, and enrolled every device in JAMF Pro integrated with Microsoft Entra ID SSO. Yealink Teams Rooms were installed in every classroom so students could attend lessons remotely when sick or during future health events.
