Restaurant Fixed Poor Wi-Fi Coverage for Guest Wireless and Tablet Ordering
A restaurant wanted to offer guest wireless to diners and switch to wireless tablets for table ordering, but poor Wi-Fi coverage made both unreliable. We installed eight Cisco Meraki wireless access points, a Cisco Meraki 48-port switch and 18 Meraki cameras, connected the POS terminals, and upgraded the venue to a Vocus 1000/400 Mbps FTTP NBN service.

Dark Fibre Links a Laser Steel Factory 19 km From Its Office
A laser steel cutting factory and its head office were 19 km apart and connected only by a slow VPN over NBN. Large production files, CAD/CAM downloads and server access at the factory dragged, and there was no line of sight for a wireless link. We provisioned a dedicated Vocus dark fibre path between the sites and upgraded the office internet to 250 Mbps with WatchGuard firewalls in high availability.

Hyper-V and Synology Cluster Replicated Across Two NEXTDC Datacentres
A client holding close to 900 TB of business-critical data needed enterprise resilience without losing control of their own infrastructure. We designed and built a two-site private cloud: Hyper-V compute clusters and Synology storage clusters in two NEXTDC datacentres, replicated for automatic failover, wired together with dark fibre to the client's office, and backed up over an express route to Wasabi using Veeam Backup & Replication. The office runs on Vocus 2 Gbps / 2 Gbps symmetrical fibre internet, sized for the traffic a two-site private cloud generates.

New Doctor Surgery in Perth Fitted Out and Placed on Gold Managed Services
A brand-new medical practice in Perth had eight consulting rooms, 18 staff and an opening date, but no cabling, network, phones or computers. We fitted the surgery out end to end — structured data cabling to every room, Cisco Meraki routing, switching, wireless and guest wireless, Vocus 1 Gbps / 1 Gbps symmetrical fibre internet, 18 desktops and monitors, Office 365 for the whole team and a hosted 3CX phone system — then placed the practice on our Gold Managed Services plan so the environment stays monitored, patched and protected long after opening day.
