How do you keep guest Wi-Fi separate from our internal network?
We use VLANs, firewalls and dedicated SSIDs to isolate guest traffic completely. Visitors get internet access only; your staff, payment and operational systems stay protected on their own secure segment.
What happens if the network goes down?
Our team monitors the network around the clock. Most faults are detected and resolved remotely. For urgent issues we have after-hours escalation and on-site technician dispatch.
