Do we have to replace all our existing network hardware?
No. We audit what you have first. Anything supportable and still fit for purpose stays, and we build a staged plan to replace only what is end of life or holding you back.
What brands do you work with?
We standardise on WatchGuard for firewalls and Ubiquiti and Meraki for switching and wireless, and we support HP, Dell and Cisco environments already in place.
Can you manage our internet and WAN links too?
Yes. We procure and manage NBN, fibre, Metro Ethernet, dark fibre, SD-WAN and international wavelengths, and we handle all carrier faults on your behalf.
How do you handle after-hours changes?
Network changes that carry risk are scheduled out of hours or over weekends, with a documented change plan and rollback before we touch anything.
What reporting do we get?
