A law firm was running 1.8 TB of matter files on an ageing on-premises file server, with printers scanning to network folders and desktops joined to a local domain. We migrated everything to Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, integrated the Konica Minolta printers to scan straight into client folders, decommissioned the server, rebuilt every computer into Microsoft Entra ID with Intune, upgraded the internet to 500/500 Mbps NBN Enterprise Ethernet from Swoop, and installed a full Cisco Meraki network with 16 cameras.
