Common questions about Security Only
Do I need a managed IT support contract to buy Security Only?
No. Security Only is a standalone security stack. You can keep your existing IT provider or internal team and add our security layer on top.
Can I mix Security Only with Managed IT Support plans?
Yes. Security Only users are billed separately from any Managed IT Support plan users. For example, your internal IT team might use Security Only while the rest of the business is on a Managed IT Support plan.
What happens when Guardz detects a threat?
The Security Operations Center investigates the alert, isolates affected devices if necessary, and works with your nominated contact (and your existing IT provider if you wish) to remediate and document the incident.
Is the Office 365 backup included in the $50 price?
Yes. Syncro Office 365 backup is included for every licensed user, covering Exchange, SharePoint and OneDrive with restore testing.
Is there a minimum number of users or a setup fee?
There is no minimum user count and no lock-in contract. A one-off onboarding and baseline audit may apply depending on the size and complexity of your environment.
