These are the rates we bill when something falls outside a monthly plan. “POA” means the price depends on scope, so we quote it rather than guess it.
One-off work, project delivery and getting a new environment up to our standard. Hourly work is also how break/fix is billed for non-managed sites.
Per-device management for the kit on your network, plus independent backup and logging. Hardware and software renewals are excluded.
Bolt security onto an existing environment, or cover endpoints that don't have a named user. Guardz Identity & Email MDR is already included in Silver and Gold.
